Employee Referral Bonus Guidelines

Introduction

API has created an Employee Referral Bonus Program that, as described herein, may entitle an employee to a referral bonus
when API hires someone that the employee referred to API for employment.

Policy and Procedures

  1. All resumes should be submitted to API's Recruiting Director via e-mail and shall specify the position for which
    the candidate is being referred.

  2. API will review all resumes and contact qualified candidates directly for an interview.

  3. Eligibility for this referral bonus is based on both the referred employee and the referring employee being
    continuously employed by the Company 90 days after the candidate’s start date.

  4. The referral bonus will be included in your paycheck but taxed separately as a bonus.

  5. The referral bonus shall be $250 or more.

Eligibility

  1. All active non-management employees, excluding Human Resources employees.

  2. Employees will not receive a bonus for referring candidates for positions over which they have direct or indirect
    supervisory responsibility or if they formerly employed the candidate, or the candidate was a temporary
    employee/consultant.

  3. An employee is eligible for a referral bonus for a maximum of 3 months after the referral is submitted to Human
    Resources.

  4. For full-time positions only.
